LAS VEGAS, NV — A startup company based in Utah takes centerstage at the 2014 National Hardware Show as it demoed its bestselling products, the super adhesive tape FiberFix. With strength of epoxy and 100 times that of duct tape’s, FiberFix bonds to a number of surfaces — including wood and steel — and NHS provided the venue for industry players to witness the innovative product.

FiberFix, an “instant fiberglass” adhesive that combines industrial-strength fiber and specialised resin, is designed to fix anything it can be wrapped on. It is heat and cold resistant, and can be applied on any types of surfaces found in every home. With its professional-grade and non-toxic adhesive, FiberFix provides long-lasting fixes to any home repair projects.

From broken leg chairs to leaking water pipes, broken vacuum and car hoses and tools snapped into two, FiberFix provided an instant wrap to join broken pieces of the materials demoed at the show. Eric Child, one of the FiberFix’s founder and product inventors, was in attendance at the 2014 NHS to showcase its latest products as well.

“This week we took FiberFix to the National Hardware Show in Las Vegas! We ran into some great ideas and some wonderful people,” the company said on its Facebok page. Fresh from the success of their FiberFix tape, Child and company introduced prototypes of the new FiberFix Patch and Heat Wrap.

Designed for any types of flat surfaces, the FiberFix Patch works well for those home repairs that you cannot wrap, such as shed holes and wall cracks, while the Heat Wrap provides added strength and resistance for heat-intensive environment.

“We are still testing and improving the formulas on these products,” FiberFix said on its Facebook page. “But they are coming to market soon, and we are very excited about it! Stay posted over the next few weeks for more information.”
